    • A non-refundable initial investment of 20% required to book an appointment with me.

    • I do not accept first dates in private residences. Once I've established a connection, I may consider this kind of arrangement.

    • Donations are to be paid in full at the beginning of our appointment. Please place your donation in an unsealed envelope and leave it on a table or easy to find location.

    • If in public, please discretely provide the donation in an unsealed envelope or card.

    • I understand that life happens and want to be flexible. For cancellations within 72 hours of our date, 25% of the rate is required as a cancellation fee. For cancellations within 48 hours of our date, 50% of the rate is required as a cancellation fee. For cancellations within 24 hours of our date, 100% of the rate is required as a cancellation fee.
